Configure the generic quality component in the CONSIP workflow

To configure the call to the TESTbed validator in the CONSIP workflow, the data graph will have to be the output of the read node. The approach can be to first call the Testbed validation service REST API (see doc)inside the CONSIP workflow and to generalize this call once working for CONSIP.
